Get in Touch
Upon your initial enquiry we will get in touch as soon as possible, usually late afternoons or early evenings as we’re pretty busy throughout the day with our furry friends. We can either talk via email or call you for a chat, we will then answer any questions you may have about us. We can discuss any behavioural issues your pet(s) may have prior to arranging a meet and greet, and let you know if we can help.
We cannot accept any pet that is aggressive toward people and/or animals, we highly respect our clients pets and the public wherever we decide to undertake our walking services. A aggressive animal can have a tremendous impact on this. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once we have spoken and your still happy we will arrange a home visit to meet you and your pet(s). We will discuss all your requirements and what services you require. This is an essential time for your pet to familiarise themselves with us, we will ensure they can trust us just as much as you can. After all we hope they’ll be spending as much time with us as they they do you. If you are booking in home visits this is when we will discuss feeding routines and any meditational requirements you may need.
If at this point you’re happy we can then leave you our paperwork to fill in. We require all your contact information and your pets registered vet information, just incase of any emergencies. We can then collect this during our first visit with your pet.
Make a Booking
Once you’re happy for us to care for your pet, you can book a session with us via phone, text or email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs however we do often become fully booked so please give us plenty of notice whenever possible. We will always confirm you are booked in as soon as possible, if you require our services the following day then a phone call is usually best.
If booking in for group dog walks please do bare in mind these are very popular and can be booked well in advance.
If cancelling an appointment please do give as much notice as possible. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session we may charge.
